i have just recieved this email and thought it maybe useful to post it on here:
"Just to let you know that DEFRA, the UK's legal body for animals and farming is having a consultation on the Dangerous Dogs Act, they're asking people to fill in an online questionnaire to give their views on legislation, including the possible introduction of an Exemption list so that pit bulls etc. do not need to be put down as long as they are microchipped, muzzled, neutered etc, expanding it from the previous one."
